It happens to every college student this time of year: Stress! So, in order to keep those endorphins flowing and those brain cells working at peak capacity, LSC Health Services brings you “Stress OUT Days” beginning Tuesday, April 16 through Thursday, April 18.
Here’s the full schedule of events:
April 16 / 11:30-1:00:
• Pet Therapy / LSC Atrium
Puppies, Dogs, Cats…even a Chinchilla will be on hand for some snuggling and positive energy.
April 17 / 11:00-1:00:
• Ice Cream Social, Open Mic and Games / LSC Atrium
Make your own sundae, grab the microphone and do your thing, and have some fun playing games and contests!
April 18 / 11:00-1:00:
• Make a Zen Garden, Tea + Trail Mix, Aromatherapy and more / LSC Atrium
The purpose of a Zen Garden is to create a calming affect, which pervades the mind, body, and spirit. Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils to enhance psychological and physical well-being. Add in some herbal tea and you have a mind and body relaxation dream!
