Matthew Shubitz has been hired as a Support Technician Specialist ITS II in Lake Superior College’s Information Technology division.
Shubitz will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of support services so problems are identified, prioritized, researched, and resolved for the main campus and remote locations. This second-tier support position provides guidance and assistance to frontline support technicians when advanced troubleshooting, scheduling, and continuity of maintenance are required.
Shubitz brings over 15 years of IT experience to his position. Prior to LSC, he provided systems support for IBM and managed network operations at Citon Computer Corp.
